Femi Ogunleye
Chairman
Pastor Femi Ogunleye currently doubles as the chairman of Denaro Properties ltd and Denaro Agile Construction ltd, top real estate and housing brands in Nigeria.
In 1990, Pastor Femi Ogunleye completed his undergraduate studies at the prestigious University of Lagos, where he obtained a degree in Surveying. Recognizing the importance of continuous education, he pursued further academic achievements and, in 2005, successfully earned his Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University in the United States.
Alongside his dedication to Denaro’s long term vision of providing housing for all social classes in the African continent. Pastor Femi Ogunleye has made significant contributions in the field of Information Technology. He currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Manekin LLC and Manekin Construction LLC, two prominent Development and Construction Companies located in Columbia, Maryland.
His expertise and leadership in this sector have undoubtedly contributed to the Denaro’s success. He is married with children.
Jide Ogunleye FCA, MBA (MANCHESTER)
CEO
Jide Ogunleye is a chartered accountant and the Chief executive officer of Denaro properties ltd, Lagos Nigeria. He had his bachelor’s degrees from the Lagos state university and obtained his MBA from the prestigious Manchester business school, (University of Manchester, UK).
A believer in continuous development, Jide bagged a second Master’s degree in Housing Development and management from the University of Lagos with a distinction in his class. Jide who currently manages a multibillion-naira portfolio of Real estate assets at Denaro homes is a prolific speaker on business and investment strategies who has facilitated in different workshops across the different geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
Barrister Taiwo Makinde
Head,Legal and Admin
Mrs. Taiwo Makinde is a legal practitioner with over 8 years of experience in Litigation, Corporate and Commercial law, Property Consultant specializing in Contract negotiation, Land agreement, compliance, and dispute resolution. She is currently the Head of Legal/Admin Department of Denaro Properties Ltd. She had her LLB in Obafemi Awolowo University.
Barr. Taiwo who is an accomplished Real Estate & Constructive lawyer and also vast in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a valued member of Denaro Properties LTD whose dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to excellence has been impeccable to deliver strong business acumen to the growth of the Company.
Engr Dimeji Olulonyo
Head,Project Management
Mr Oladimeji Olulonyo is a Building Technologist with over 25 years post qualification active working experience.
He had his Higher National Diploma in Building Technology at Yaba college of Technology, Yaba, Lagos in 1995.
He is Proficient in cost estimation and cost management principles. He is also familiar with construction project management environments.
Oladimeji Olulonyo has handled many notable projects across the country both concrete & steel structures.
He is currently the project management head of Denaro Properties Limited, where he plans construction operations & schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
Ms Rachael Olaoye ACA
Head, Finance and Audit.
Olaoye Racheal is a dynamic and detailed oriented Chattered Accountant with years of experience in financial control, audit and assurance, tax planning, budgeting and reporting expertise.
A visionary professional who implements plan that meet current and future needs with quantitative skills, process improvement skills, data analysis and accuracy.
She is a graduate of accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, a member of the Institute of Chattered Accountant of Nigeria. She is currently the head of Finance and Audit department of Denaro Properties Limited.
Ms Doyin Odusote
Head, Customer Services
Doyin Odusote is the customer service head of Denaro Properties Ltd’s. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor’s degree from Ajayi Crowther University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Lagos, she has honed her expertise in customer and client relations.
She has been dedicated to delivering outstanding support, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring an exceptional experience for Denaro’s valued clients and customers.
Engr Toyin Adisa
Consultant, Structural Engineering.
Toyin Adisa is a certified civil engineer and structural engineering consultant of Denaro Properties Ltd, Lagos Nigeria. He had his Bachelor of Technology in civil engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. He pursued further in his education and obtain a Master in Civil Engineering from University of Ibadan. Toyin Adisa is also a COREN Certified Engineer.
With his extensive background in construction planning, design, estimation, and management, Engineer Toyin is a valuable asset to Denaro Properties Ltd, leveraging his innovative approach to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Architect Toye Ibikunle
Consultant, Architectural Designs.
Toye Ibikunle is an architect and a consultant in architectural design for Denaro Properties Ltd, Lagos Nigeria. He had his Architectural degree from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Nigeria.
